Trust starts with transparency.

Our Trust Center provides the information your security team needs to evaluate Ezzy Assurance as a vendor.

Security overview

Ezzy Assurance operates with modern infrastructure and up-to-date cybersecurity systems designed to protect confidential client information throughout the engagement lifecycle. Our security posture includes:

  • Cybersecurity infrastructure: Production systems are protected by current-generation endpoint protection, encrypted storage, and network segmentation controls.
  • Access controls: Client data access is restricted to authorized engagement team members on a need-to-know basis, with role-based permissions enforced across all platforms.
  • Fraud prevention: Our engagement leadership includes a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), bringing specialized expertise in evidence integrity, fraud risk assessment, and investigative procedures to every engagement.
  • Continuous improvement: Security controls are reviewed and updated regularly to align with evolving threats and professional standards.

Evidence handling

  • Intake: Evidence is received through secure, encrypted channels.
  • Storage: All client evidence is stored in encrypted, access-controlled environments.
  • Retention: Evidence is retained only for the duration required by professional standards and engagement terms.
  • Deletion: Evidence is securely deleted upon engagement completion per agreed retention schedules.

Confidentiality

The Firm strictly adheres to the confidentiality of information shared and gathered during every engagement. Confidential client information is never disclosed without specific consent, consistent with AICPA professional standards. All engagement team members operate under confidentiality obligations, and we maintain a work ethic that ensures our deliverables are as per client expectations and always on time.

SOC report distribution

SOC 2 reports are shared with specified parties through secure workflows. For public distribution needs, we offer SOC 3 reports.
